PM Hun Manet: Social Protection Empowers, not Enables Dependence

Phnom Penh: Prime Minister Hun Manet has made a clear vision for Cambodia's social protection initiatives, emphasizing that these measures are designed to foster a sense of ownership and resilience among Cambodians, rather than creating a dependency culture.
